Laurie.... I have never heard of a BK situation as detailed and as tangeled as this one where a Forensic audit is not requested by the bk committee or ordered by the bk Judge. If this is not happening in TPL's case something is askew and though I may have missed something (please inform me) IMO it would be criminal not to demand and get a through forensic audit before any relief is made in favor of the L family.

IMO, once again, I believe a receiver should have already been assigned to take over the affairs of TPL and PDS and Alliacense (the later two with the full agreement of PTSC a forensic audit in conjunction with the TPL audit should be performend). Though that has not been done yet does not mean it should not be done IMMEDIATELY. The receiver should stay in place until and not before the completion of all audits as described as well as any other items that would need to be clarified in this bk. Each day that goes by without an objective director at the control of those three entities the concerns of many that funds have been and may still be (IMO) being misappropriated by TPL is IMO very real.

Why Gloria at the direction of our Board is not demanding such action as a member of the bk committee is in comprehensible and underscores something that Brian, Ron and yourself as well as many others and that is that when it comes in acting in the best interest of the shareholders of PTSC or the best interest of TPL or our earstwhile lender of years ago they without question though without logic act against the interest of the average shareholder.

And that my friends is my opinion.

Maybe somebody on this board who is still on speaking terms with the Board or better yet with the chair of the Creditors committee could have a heart to heart talk and maybe sit down over a pot not a cup but a pot of coffee and describe in what we know to be true how we see the situation of the saga of the Leckrones and their reign or greed and why a receiver and forensic auditors are called for.
