In your opinion, might it be that HTC is just waiting to the last minute or is it likely the ITC vote would weigh heavily on their decision to appeal or not? I would think if an injunction is issued, it just might be time to give up on this one, cause they got bigger problems to fight in the courtroom. Personally, I am pretty nervous about 2/19 and the hit we might take if we lose.
