I would agree. If we get the ITC that would be wonderful. It certainly SHOULD have some positive affect on our SP going forward but it's not necessary.

What bothers me the most is why we are not moving forward with our cases and COLLECTING $$$$$$$. What the heck is going on with that? Oh dear lord, please tell me thay are not sitting on their butts doing nothing and collecting a paycheck.... It should have nothing to do with TPL Bankruptcy holding us up.
