This is what Ptsc has to do to get its message out to big institutional buyers. But it will be a hard sell! peole are buying quality names right now! penny stocks seem to be way off limits no matter what positive news they got coming down the pike. I wish it was 1999 and ptsc had this balanace sheet and potentialy more lic and cash coming in we would be trading in the stratosphere. Oh well it ain`t 1999.
