I'm afraid the only people that are messing with yours and my money are Cliff Flowers, Gloria Felcyn, Carlton Johnson and Dan Leckrone. Their poor stewardship of the $130M plus that has been collected by PTSC off MMP licensing to date, and the almost total abdication of their fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders through their transfer of essentially all practical control of the MMP (not once, but TWICE) over to someone whom they KNEW to be of questionable business character based on their mutual histories, is the ONLY thing that has allowed PTSC to remain as the chart below shows.

Barely a peep of substance has been communcated by the company for YEARS now either through PRs or SEC filings, and were it not for some investors on this board who have been kind enough to spend their time and money to research and to notifiy us here of their findings, you and I would know even less than the company would prefer.

I understand your angst when posts highlighting and exposing this negative history appear, but unfortunately, the fact is, it's not the negative POSTS, but the ACTUAL NEGATIVE HISTORY of poor performance and business acumen by the PTSC BOD that is affecting your money and depressing the share price. Unfortunately, the guy they've abdicated their responsibilities to, seems bent on continuing to screw everyone else, and this trio at PTSC seems inclined to avoid effecting any positive change despite opportunities through the years that have afforded them the chance to do so. Instead, they seem to cowardly hide from shareholders, and hope that others will pull a rabbit out of the hat on their behalf. But at least be truthful to yourself and to others here, and understand that THEY are the ones that have messed with, and CONTINUE to mess with your money.
