On at least two slides they want to make sure the patents evolved out of their production period as a chip maker:
"Our previous experience in developing intellectual property (IP) in the course of designing our own chips has been leveraged into the licensing program of today."
"As a result of our previous experience developing unique microprocessor architectured chips, we began offering the core of our chip technology in the form of licensable intellectual property."
Reads like a pleading for the ITC...
