Venting about management for not doing there job is one thing. Criminal wrongdoing is yet another thing entirely. Criminal wrongdoing is instant death to stock prices.

The BOD deserves no accolades to my way of thinking. As yet....

When management doesn't do their jobs to expectations they can expect admonishment from the shareholders. They're supposed to be there for shareholders, not for themselves....
