Some of those who are doing work to get to the truth and justice might not want to be so vocal about it. Silence and being obscure keeps the opposition unaware, unprepared and subject to surprise.

IMO, if there is something for the SEC to investigate they "might " investigate. If there is nothing to investigate they will not waste their time.

And just because they investigate doesn't mean there is any wrong doing, just that it seems or looks like there "may" be wrong doing.
