How much power does each member have on the BoD?

Cliff is basically a Bookkeeper. A PATRIOT employee. That is the extent of his power..IMO

Gloria is a Fish family friend and likely was their TAX Preparer. Has never served on a board of Directors, before this PTSC position .

NOW Johnson is an Attorney and employed by Eric Swartz, to look after HIS interests in some investments, including PTSC.

It doesn't take much to DEDUCE, who has the- POWER-on PATRIOT's BoD, that is, 'Who is calling the shots?'

Who has blocked any attempts to put Shareholders interests first and foremost, as is the FIDUCIARY obligation of ANY and ALL directors of a Corporation..

Even a VOTE taken by shareholders to further their interests, was dismissed 'Out of hand',by "OUR" Bod.

Some shareholders made attempts to rally support for reform of the BOD, but that died on the vine,and was critisized by some as a surreptitious move to gain control for iniquitous ends.

Is there anything that WE can do to HELP ourselves?

OR should we stay silent and just let the BK actions lead to justice for us?
