This is our last stand, we need to step up and soak up those loose and weak shares, offer an inducing premium over this 10 cent lid, take actions indicating corporate survival and License continuence, and at the same time, that increase Shareholder equity and set the stage for eventual higher per share dividends.

There is really no tomorrow, this drawn out period is it. This is the ballgame, we're in it, we need to play to win.
