What happened to 3. Replace PTSC's BoD?

Some here, and I thought you would surely be one of them, would argue that accomplishing 1 and 2 still isn't going to be enough, since the present BoD can not be trusted to act wisely or in shareholders best interest.

Are you now embracing the present BoD? If so, why?

As for 1 and 2..... IMO, 1 is absolutely necessary and we all know why. As for 2........ Be careful of what you wish for. Losing Alliacense could be frought with all kinds of difficulties. Perhaps a change of control is really what Alliacense needs.
