Replace the BoD? I think that is a fanastic suggestion, however, even an overwhelming vote against them by shareholders couldn't get them out. I'd much rather the SEC investigate them or see a deritivative action against them. Maybe the SEC might want to speak with Dan Leckrone to find out exactly why Gloria believes he threatened her with insider trading.
