IHMO a win over Moore put Patriot on a firm foundation for a run at Intel. You can bet right now the lawyers have looked ahead beyond the upcoming February hearing date and are cracking every book, combing every historical patent case they can get their hands on and running every scenario angle they can come up with, assuming they have to face us in court.

Let`s hope these guys are off by a step, fat, lulled into comfort from easier past suits and they underestimate the job. I`d like to see Patriot devastate them.

How long will this last?...Assuming Moore loses,....IMHO, At trial time, expect an Intel freight train charging HARD at us. But if we stand up to it, it shouldn`t last long. Both sides will dig down deep to pull out their best guns.

The big 5 customers will want to see this resolved quickly. Also, Intel competitors will be watching with a keen eye, maybe willing to cough up a few billion to snatch away the patents...that would take Intel out by it`s knees, so I don`t expect they will expose themselves to this and let it drag out....

A settlement amount?...ah, I`d say $3B settlement would be good enough....;-) lol...
