As sorry as it sounds isn't our only option to increase fees to explain that we were being fleeced for years in prior settlements and then present what the industry average is? So isn't this where in one case the BK case helps us by shedding light on this?
I forgot what the industry average was but we were settling for .02 for every $100 of revenue which is beyond ridiculous. Which is like .002%...which is virtually ZERO.
