As to the effected parties, the judge says:

The court limits notice to the 20 largest, debtor, anyone that has requested special notice and any effected party for a hearing on 2/26/14, objections due 2/12/14 and reply 2/19/14. (tb ) Modified on 1/23/2014 to add text. (tb).

Would the shareholders as a group not be one of the largest???

In theory the PTSC shareholders are the rightful owners of one half of the MMP!

Is there any way a large shareholder or a group could file as a creditor seeking payment or compensation?
