for more than two successive years, that Carl Johnson has been on the BOD of, or that were Swartz financed? When I look at the stock histories of the companies Carl has been associated with, they all appear to me to be trading event opportunities, not investments.

Carl has been on the Board of several public companies, I think most have been unprofitable businesses or outright business failures, and I believe all received Swartz related financing at some point.

I don't think Carl is on the CyroPort BOD any longer.

It also appears Ecotality has recently filed Bankruptcy and now has a Class Action suit filed against them.

FWIW, I believe that the Pomerantz law firm 2012 Class Action suit against PPHM, of which Carl is the Chairman of the BOD, and Swartz and Pohl are on the BOD too, is still an active case.
