I think I understand your frustration and the concept. But the main idea in my POV is that the licensing be put into the hands of a person or group that is going to be of benefit to US, the shareholders! I do not believe another company we have been fighting or another self serving BOD is going to be watching out for US. How about someone from the shareholders side to be in charge of licensing? And as to a buy out, who is going to get the shareholders the best price for them? ARM or another company will try to squeeze PTSC to get the lowest price possible. It could be something like members of our current BOD get a new job on a new board and a cushy salary while the shareholders get something like ? , peanuts? No thanks to that scenario.
