Well Well Carl Johnson finally decides to exercise the right of PDS to file an American Arbitration Association claim so that a third PDS Manager can be appointed.According to Carl, he did not take that step previously because he had hoped Leckrone would not force him to take that step. Hmmmmm, or is it possibly the anger of shareholders, for his failure to exercise this right for years, that has moved him to action.
