How long after the 10 days elapsed would it have been prudent to conclude that (Leckrone would NOT make that happen?).....and to ....Finally take steps to accomplish that,in the course of your Fiduciary duties to Patriot as the only Attorney on the BoD..

It is about time that he woke up, albeit belatedly, to his Fiduciary responsibilities, after Leckrone has plundered the funds from PDS --as demonstrated-- in the documents that were presented by the various entities included in the Credit Committee's pleadings to the Court....He shifted the License money from one ,, "Pocket to the other"...(TPL to Alliasence)..

.( Maybe he has come to realize that the ...Gentleman's Agreement,... Is over and he is NOW in a position to have his turn , "IN the HOT SEAT"..IMO
