Why are we paying Chuck Moore huge money and letting HIM decide conditions on which he will provide "inventor knowledge"? BK or not, that money should be for just such responsibilities... Although if the deal was negotiated by the PTSC BoD and Leckrone I can well see why it wasn't covered.
