I certainly hope the PTSC BoD is aggressively doing two things right now, in addition to tending to the other BK matters: 1 - Finding viable buyers of the 50% of the MMP owned by TPL -- (entities with deep pockets who are not afraid to spend whatever it takes to defend the MMP), so that the potential sale through the BK proceedings can occur; and 2 - finding viable IP licensing firms, so that we move past Alliacense/TPL, as the damage done to that relationship is insurmountable; the trust is completely void (as the BK filings only confirm in emphatic terms). There are untold numbers of new options/relationships that will be far better for us in terms of monetization of the MMP. IMO, the grass really is much greener on the other side of the fence, in this situation. The BoD simply has to be forward thinking in this regard, and must execute (LOL, I know). If we can get the MMP out of DL’s hands completely and forever through BK, then the BoD has to have us in position to move swiftly from there.
