I remember being at a SHAM in Carlsbad when Dan Leckrone held court at the invitation of PTSC. Following a question about "undeclared " licenses he made his comment about "some kept in the drawer" but also that "sometimes you get more than just the license". I always felt that meant Apple might have provided info about ARM or Samsung etc, but now I just think he may have just touched on how he got a ton of money for his own patents at the expense of MMP stakeholders.
