What "we guys" are best at, is finding the information and sharing it with the decent people on this board and the likes of you. Interpret it yourself.

As for woulda, coulda, shoulda, etc. etc., I can't imagine a day doesn't go by without our BoD wishing that if they could reset the clock they woulda, coulda, and most importantly shoulda acted in the best interest of shareholders because it always has been their Fiduciary Responsibility to do so.
