Please tells as at to what your role was as shareholder representative during this crucial time frame? Did you advise to not do the M&A? Did you advise to instead use the money to increase buybacks? Did you receive any compensation - stock or otherwise - from the company?

Don't get me wrong, I support you and your efforts to shed light on the shenanigans and malfeasance of our BoD. They have cooked up the dish in which we find ourselves.

ps --- hindsight is 20/20. I remember when we purchased Crossflo and thought it might have been a good idea. I even got a call from Cliff out of the blue and the only thing I said to him was that it sounded like a good idea, but be careful. As a software and database consultant I was thinking it was kinda like "We can do that, we can do that .... how we gonna do that?"
