18. The OCC consciously elected to disregard the Settlement Procedure Order for
improper purposes. The OCC freely admits in the Motion why it did so, and the timing of that
admission is as damning as its substance. The OCC advised TPL on November 13, 2013, that “ .

..... "without significant progress in the negotiations regarding the plan, you should not expect
approval of further proposed licensing transactions/settlements.”.....

Why should PTSC be standing by without taking some stance on this adverse impact on our income flow.???

Since I am NOT trained in the LEGAL profession, I can NOT recomend any course of action that PTSC could or should pursue to UNBLOCK this curtailment of OUR rightful income..

However since one of our BoD members is an Attorney, It seems that he is 'capable and duty bound to PTSC', to do whatever he can to facilitate/further our best interests..
