At the least, he may be interested in doing an update after all these years --- and with the recent NDoC verdict, the ITC review, the bankruptcy of TPL ... there is a lot that could be covered in an article.

And perhaps, if the principals involved were contacted for their input (Lecrone, Flowers, Otteson, etc.) we may at least gain some insight into what is ahead.

If they "were contacted" but "declined to provide input" it would show the world what a bunch of losers and possibly criminals they all (Otteson aside) are.
