IMHO, all of this new info needs to go straight to the SEC. If DL's claims about insider trading, moving money illegally, etc. are true, then our BoD needs to suffer the consequences of their actions. It looks to me like they set up a scam together and now DL is upset and telling all. Sure wish we had a rep. on the BK committee--Shboomer would be a good one for that since he lives so close and has been a longtime investor.
