Hmmm, i have in mind that a change of ownership requires the approval from the other party, otherwise the Master Agreement is violated. so does a change from tpl to dl need much more?

if tpl remains the owner, and did not fund pds properly, are they then in the position to loose a percentage on their mmp ownership?

anyone interested in finding answers to this szenario?
