filing notifying the world and perfecting his interest in all of TPL's property, including the MMP patents .. meaning that should DL not be paid his loaned $4.8M back from TPL, his specific security interest in the MMP patents hold priority against anyone else who is owned money from TPL, and that should DL not be paid back, the MMP Patent interests of TPL will then become the personal property of DL.
