this was sent to yet another magistrate judge for possible settlement?? Is DL able to stay engaged enough (consider his BK proceedings going on at same time) to get what is best for the MMP? Better yet, does he even want what is best for the MMP?I wonder how long this will take? Seems like we have been in "wait mode" for the last umpteen years--will it NEVER end? Guess JO knew what he was getting into when he agreed to take this case--hope he continues with the same gusto as he has in the past--regardless of DL's situation.
