LOL. Hope all is well.

Everyone is anxious and waiting for what we believe should be a slam dunk for us with regard to the ruling from Jan 7th. I for one cannot see how he can rule in favor for HTC when the jury asked questions showing knowledge and I believe the jury was unanimous in voting.

That being said, in my opinion, we are lining up the ducks for ITC which correct me if I'm wrong but it would be great/huge to have ITC rule in our favor but NOT a show stopper. Hoping the case trial that we won and confirmed once the judge makes his latest ruling in our favor will only help strengthen our case in collecting $$$.

The only way we will see SP move up is money coming and hopefully a dividend to kick it in to overdrive. Hoping the TPL/DL bankruptcy does not screw us up in any way.

Nothing is ever a sure bet especially with PTSC. :)
