PLLs are not unique to ARM cores, they are part of Qualcomm, TI, and all other chipmaker cores. At the very beginning of your post you cite the exact portion of this whole review that concerns me most at the ITC. Did we go into enough detail with the evidence presented at the ITC to provide enough of a "baseline" to have the Commission overturn the ID. Both sides are "further developing" their arguments, which was part of the PTSC PR re the ITC Commission review. I'm more concerned about that with the lobbying groups possibly "donating" to the individual Commission member's campaign funds. Hopefully PTSC would make offsettng donations ... If that is even possibly what could be happening. I'm not concerned with a presidential review if we were to pevail with the commission as this case is too small for the presidential level.
