I understand the chess moves in play and there are a lot of intelligent legal folks who have been involved now for such a long period of time that the conceptual moves are not difficult to anticipate. The execution IMO has always been more difficult than concepts. Everyone can debate philosophical strategy but one must execute and bring to tangible fruition the philosophy from a business perspective.

The one item Leckrone was hoping for IMO was an initial ID at the ITC in the MMP's favor. Leckrone filed for BK at the beginning of 2013 and could not have perfectly anticipated the scenario in which he finds himself now. I could go into the conditionals and bore everyone into the new year. There are certainly aggressive strategies depending on legal outcomes and there are fall back strategies also.

Anecdotaly, the fact that Leckrone threatened Gloria Felcyn with litigation over insider trading if Gloria and PTSC used the BK proceedings as an opportunity to minimize/exclude Leckrone from the MMP licensing and decisionmaking process could be indicative of how Leckrone has limited his options to pull through as the sole controller of the MMP for its remaining life. Leckrone's actions would, IMO, hint at a man who realizes there are cracks in his armor and strategy. If this tidbit was contrived, we have some sociopathic, maniacal, and more intelligent folks at PTSC than we give them credit ... lol

I have no doubt Leckrone is a very intelligent person, but I don't believe he is an aboslute genius and there are many entities that are now out to marginalize his control over the MMP. He does stand to make money if in the future if IMO many outcomes fall the MMP's way (ITC) if the Creditor's Reorg Plan is adopted.

Leckrone can appeal the BK Judge's ruling and I'm not sure how the reorg plan supporting new management would proceed while the ruling is under appeal.

I'm sure there could be some twists and turns moving forward, I just don't think even Leckrone could've anticipated the timing of all of the ITC and NDoC events in line with the BK calendar events 8 to 10 months ago. The reason for the continual delayed reorg plans by Leckrone IMO was to hopefully get the NDoC and ITC issues resolved in his favor so he could begin generating money from Licenses to pay the Creditors while continuing to skim off the top, probably skiming even more to pay the Creditors out of PTSC's pocket. Thank goodness for the collective braintrust of the Creditors who might just succeed in getting Lecky out of the picture.

IMO the sequence of events at the ITC, NDoC, and BK and their respective outcomes have placed Lecky in a defensive position, at least I hope it has for all of our sakes.
