Excellent summations of the situation ......... there is no where to hide in a BK. Clearly it is in the best interest of the stakeholders to get DL out and have TPL under a trustee which would then logically allow for the transfer of MMP to a much better place. I will be shocked if the court does not grant the motion. Hopefully the jig is up for Dan LeCrook, and perhaps a re-partering with Moore and a new licensing team will get us to the promised land.
