It's all CYA isn't it?
Note that Cliff Flowers dropped "Interim" in his declaration.
Why do they say that only "Since September 2013..."?
Did they not request audits of Alliacense (TPL?) before then?
Is this the smoking gun for proof of fiduciary negligence?
Have they really only just started to look at bills being paid with shareholder funds?
