I am wondering how the calender might affect any possible settlement talks. I am not sure I would like to see one soon because it would probably be on the low side. However, is it likely that this week has potential, cause the big law firms will follow a similar schedule as the judge....therefore making a deal during the holidays unlikely? Can you believe we are heading into 2014 with PTSC and we started in another century. Wow
