about something that is materially important to the fiscal viability of ptsc and what do some agro board members do, but nit pick and call it weak. How about looking at the glass being half full not.......
Nowhere in the pr does DP say he is ``puzzled why someone on his board has not been dismissed``. I think he is implying that it is puzzling why someone who sues the co. wants to sit on that companies board. Earlier in the pr there is an explanation that at the next board meeting he is gone. Unless there is an illegality going on I do not think that you can kick people off the board of a publicly held company. At the very least there would have to be a special board meeting.
I am troubled by what type of insider information he may be able to obtain and how he would act on that information but that would be an sec matter.
I agree with brian that DP is finally taking a strong stand in looking out for shareholders equity and not just bending over. I will be more than happy if he follows through on this tough stance.
It is my hope that this information or pr is followed up on a more frequent basis keeping us informed.
God Bless
