For the Chm of the Board, Pohl, to tell us its ``puzzling`` raises concern over his ability to be Chairman.
It leads one to believe the board doesn`t have the votes to remove Giffhorn. That leads one to believe that over half the board is in favor of giving PTSC cash to Giffhorn instead of using it in the best interest of shareholders.
This wreaks of croni-ism.........or worse.
If someone has a positive take on Pohl`s ``puzzling`` phrase......please share it.
Imagine yourself as Chairman, what positive purpose would that serve to include that phrase.
I already spoke to Hawkins about it and will attempt to speak to David.
