Thanks for elaborating...it makes sense. I think I was confused as to whether a firm could or has actually successfully sued an OEM this way. So this is why Intel pinged us with a lawsuit before we could get to any more of their customers. Now this is were I`m still a little confused. The J4 make their own chips, hence the infringement. The J4 are also Intel customers, hence the OEM. Is it because we had originally filed the lawsuit before running into Intel that we are able to sue for recovery from the manufactuers(J4). I`m assuming all other customers of Intel are covered so why not the J4.

Hey as long as it can be done I`m all for it even if I don`t fully understand it.
