It does nothing for us. An injunction is the only tool of the ITC to put pressure on infringers to settle in that venue.

That may be regarding the ITC.. but a finding of infringement at the ITC coupled with the NDoC HTC guilty verdict can only make us stronger... granted not as strong as an injuction by the ITC would make us.. that would be instantaneous..
