Whether or not price manipulation as you say is occuring thats for another debate...

But really don't worry too much about it..at .10 and at this volume the amounts are so small it is insignificant...there are swing/day traders in every security...

This was a good step toward acheiving what we are hoping for and whatever manipulation you are referring today is really insignificant when looking at the big picture....
