Again, PAT ATTENTION TO PTSC's SEC Filings, Communications, Court Records, etc., and you'll realize that the ITC Commision decision on the petition for reveiw is pending and should be revealed no later than next Monday, COB.

675K shares is hardly remarkable, but certainly falls within daytraders speculation that a decision might go our way. So, no, I don't "wonder".

Rather, the things I "wonder" about are:

The question I'd pose is how will PTSC treat a positive decision from the USITC Commission. Will they continue to be mum on these issues since all the decision will likely do is push off conclusion of the ITC proceedings for another 6 weeks? Will they even notify PTSC investors, or the broader marketplace that a decision was rendered (either way)?

Heck, they never PR'd that a Markman Ruling had been made at the NDOC. Left investors in the dark on that one for months.

Will PTSC's management and BOD begin to look after SHAREHOLDERS' interests, or continue to hunker down and protect their own interests and those benefactors whom they serve at the expense of the broader shareholder base?
