IMO the far bigger issue here is:

Why did biajj choose to disclose this info NOW?

Assuming it's real and something he heard at trial, and that in his opinion (as posted) it is such profound and damning info, why didn't he disclose it immediately as opposed to sitting on it for many weeks? Until THIS week.

Splain that for us please. Or perhaps Brian could step back out of the shadows and explain it himself.

While he's at it, perhaps he could also reveal the real source of his obvious anger directed at the BoD.
