It is obvious they (BOD, DL, Alliense) do NOT like us ( the shareholders).

They won't even look at us. They despise us. They just don't look our way and hope we will go away. Been going on for sometime now and will continue on this way.

I'm not a big share holder judging from others posts on this board but have just enough that an increase instock price to say a $1 will be a nice haul.

I don't have the money to pay anything "significant" to hire a law firm and not worth it to me to "lead" the way on this...

If some do put together action through a shareholders advocate (I would love to see this happen) I'd be willing to show support as a shareholder who supports these greivances. I could also help out in other ways non-monetarily I could on a limited basis...depending what it may be...I do have some secret super skills that might come in handy..

Some people say Oh but Cliff Flowers is a good man...well he is taking in $400k a year.Oh and he won't buy shares of the company he runs at .10 a share. What a guy!
