I hope the recent victory finds you well. I also hope this will be a great time to start communicating with the shareholders on a more frequent basis. I am curious as well as many other shareholders about what our plan is moving forward. Do you plan on giving some guidance in the near future?

This is the best you can do for the shareholders? Complete silence once again. Why can't you address the shareholders with a letter explaining the plan moving forward and what hurdles need to be overcome? You said you had a plan what is it? Just because the BOD negotiated itself into a subservient position on about everything you had to negotiate on our behalf does not exempt you from your job. Who is calling the shots… you?... or has that been negotiated away as well. Make an effort to build a little goodwill with shareholders and quit letting the attorneys dictate what is right or wrong based on cover your ass business models that only serve the few that get paid. What is the plan moving forward??
