Specifically, regarding pursuing Non-HTC entities and potential Willfullness aspects Post Oct 5 going forward, PTSC Shareholders may, may have to wait until the Next SHM for Agility/Flowers to provide guidance and a Road Plan going forward, illustrating how PTSC can monetize the NDOC Verdict to the fullest extant possible within the confines of the Law.
