Are we even a public company? Do we have any purpose holding these shares?

Are we just suppossed to sit here with a bag of worthless crap while private companies plan out their exit plans?

Cliff Flowers is useless...I said it...

Please someone defend this guy...please tell me how he is quietly calculating and exuting his grand plan....
