perhaps this would give the judge the chance / out to right the wrong and split the baby approach that would be more in line with our jury decision....a little sugar with the medicine to make it go down easier..

If we were to have achieved a full exclusion order, Mr. "you can keep your insurance coverage if you want to" would probably have used his executive powers not to our liking.
