TO ALL: - Anyone unhappy with the PTSC Management who is interested in sending a message with your proxy vote, please read this:

TO VOTE YOUR PROXY for a wite-in candidate, do the following... Accross from "Directors" there are 3
choices. Make a mark in the "Withhold All Nominees" option. THEN..on the side of the ballot which detaches
and is returned, above your signature line, write in your own hand, "Vote all my shares for BRIAN BOYAJIAN
for Director".

It is THAT simple.

I am also voting against the companys Stock Option proposal; and will mark my ballot "against", opposite the
printed proposal.

BE SURE that you resubmit (mail or hand deliver) the proxy to your broker if the shares are held in "Street
Name". I am told by PTSC that the deadline to get them to your broker is Oct 10th and that electroniclly they
will be transmitted by "ADP Proxy Services" to PTSC by the following day. I suggest that it be done ASAP
and I suggest that you return the proxy as you normally would; as it is preprinted on the return address
provided.

ONLY IF you are going to the shareholders meeting, there will be pre-printed ballots for SHAREHOLDERS
OF RECORD who wish to vote there. In that case, simply print in my name on the face of the ballot and use
the provided option to withhold vote for all other candidates.

Last week and yesterday Ron and I had extensive and extended conversation with management, though they
seem to be nice and professional gentlemen personally, I am still convinced that we need to make this effort.
