I am in..at least ..partial agreement with the sentiments that are being expressed, however I believe that, with the strangle hold that Leckrone has on the prosecution of the MMP portfolio, there is really NOTHING that any, or all of the BoD, can constructively accomplish, that would NOT either violate the agreement or worse yet, throw things into a tailspin from which NOTHING GOOD would follow.

.( Any infringers would revel to see us engage in internecine squabbles).

The only BoD member, (Who is himself an attorney), I would venture to say, is behind whatever we see 'emanate', or NOT from what we like to call our BoD.

...Does anyone visualize a scenario where CLIFF or GLORIA would trump CARL?...

AND since he is trained in the LAW, I would like to believe that he would realize, BETTER than we, just who he is dealing with at TPL.

I would also like to believe that he is acting in OUR BEST interest as well as the interests of his employer, back in Georgia..

Therefore I would like to suggest that a "MORATORIUM on the NEGATIVE" might be in order..

I might just be in a reverie, a virtual dream state, BUT I am never the less serious..
